    thanks for u r solution,wehave fixed the problem by updating the firmware for samsung ML 2240
    we are in to refilling bussiness(catridges)
    unfortunately one of our engineer done the firmware update of samsung Ml1640 to ml2240(to reset the catridge chip after refilling)
    now the problem is samsung ML 2240 printer is not initializing
    please share ur knowledge to fix this problem

    Hi luis, sorry I can’t help you, I found the fix for my printer unexpectedly on the internet, I hope you can also find yours :-)
